Spanish-English translation?

What does anos mean with this- ~ - above the N. thanks!

also, if someone could tell me how to make spanish symbols on a dell computer like, an accent, a upside down question mark... etc.

Thanks in advanceSpanish-English translation?
The word A帽os, literally means "years".

The symbol you see above the n is called a diacritical tilde. It indicates a palatal nasal sound and is used in the Spanish and Filipino alphabet. In Spanish the 脩 (lower case 帽) is considered a letter in its own right, with its own name (e帽e) and its own place in the alphabet (after N).

To type the letter e帽e using Microsoft Windows operating systems do the following:

Lower Case: press ALT key and press the numbers 164 or 0241 on the numeric keypad (with Num Lock ON).

Upper Case: press ALT + 165 or 0209.

Here's a few of the addl info you requested also:

upside down question mark can be entered by holding down the Alt key and pressing 0191, 168, 5544, or 0215487 on the number pad.

upside down exclamation point can be entered by holding down the Alt key and pressing 0161, 173 or 8877 on the number pad.
Anos means years in spanish.

To make those symbols you go to a word document, click on insert in the top area and pick symbol. From there you can look through many symbols until you get the one that you need.

a帽os means years. To make the 帽 you have to hold on to the Alt button while pressing 164(make sure number lock is on!) To make the upside down question mark you do the same thing, but you press 168.
