Spanish-English translation questions?

My company needs some Spanish translation work. I asked one translator to translate this text to Spanish -

"Please note that job listings are for information only and the site cannot vouch for their legitimacy. We do not have the resources to investigate job listings or the people that post them and cannot guarantee that the specified job will be open when you visit the site. Unfortunately, we cannot vouch for any agency or professional translator that uses this website"

He sent me this -

“Por favor tome nota que las listas de trabajo son solamente para información, y el sitio web no puede avalar su legitimidad. No contamos con los recursos para investigar las listas de trabajo o las personas que las publican, por tanto no podemos garantizar que un trabajo específico estará disponible cuando usted visite el sitio web. Lamentablemente, no podemos avalar a ninguna agencia o traductor profesional que utilice este sitio web.”

Another guy wrote -

""Por favor tome nota de que las listas de trabajos son únicamente para información y que el sitio no puede verificar su legitimidad. No tenemos los recursos para investigar las listas de trabajos ni a las personas que las originan y no podemos garantizar que un trabajo en especial estará abierto cuando usted visite el sitio. Desafortunadamente, no podemos verificar ninguna de las agencias ni a los traductores profesionales que utilizan este sitio de Internet.""

Which one is better? Are they both good/ Are they both bad? Let me know.

Please help!Spanish-English translation questions?
The first one says:

Please note that the lists are working only for information, and the website can not substantiate its legitimacy. We do not have the resources to investigate job listings or the people who publish them, therefore we can not guarantee that a specific job will be available when you visit the site. Unfortunately, we can not endorse any agency or professional translator that uses this website

the second one says;

Please note that the schedules of work is solely for information and that the site can not verify its legitimacy. We do not have the resources to investigate the lists of jobs or to the people who originated and we can not guarantee that a particular work will be open when you visit the site. Unfortunately, we can not verify any of the agencies or professional translators who use this website

I like the first one but they are both a little off

This is how it should be:

Por favor Tenga en cuenta que las listas de trabajo son sólo a título informativo y el sitio no puede responder por su legitimidad. No tenemos los recursos para investigar las listas de empleo o las personas puesto que ellos y no puede garantizar que el trabajo especificado se abrirá cuando usted visita el sitio. Lamentablemente, no podemos hacernos responsables de cualquier agencia o traductor profesional que utiliza este sitio web "

If you are looking to target Hispanics, the second one makes more sense. The first one has vocab that is a little too proper and used some words that might not be that common. Spanish is my first language and after reading the first one i understood but had some ?questions? about some of the words used. Keep in mind that every Spanish speaking country has different ways of saying things but the second one is better...Spanish-English translation questions?
The second one is a bit better. It's a formal communication and the second one uses more appropriate words though I'd recommend you to mix them up like this:

"Por favor tenga en cuenta que las listas de trabajos son únicamente para información y que el sitio no puede verificar su legitimidad. No contamos con los recursos para investigar las listas de trabajo o las personas que las publican, por tanto no podemos garantizar que un trabajo específico estará disponible cuando usted visite el sitio web. Desafortunadamente, no podemos avalar a ninguna agencia o traductor profesional que utilice este sitio web.”
